Uptown & Boogie

Healthy Project

Who We Are?

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to locally grown, farm-fresh food in undeserved neighborhoods, promoting micro-mobility education, and reducing waste through composting and textile recycling in Harlem and the Bronx. Our seasonal farmers' markets provide a platform for local small businesses

Our Mission

1.

Empower vulnerable communities by expanding access to nutrition education and promoting healthy, sustainable lifestyles.

Offer families a cost-effective way to enjoy fresh, locally grown produce, making nutritious food more accessible than ever.

2.

3.

Bridge the gaps in food access and lower its costs to foster a stronger, healthier, and more food-secure community.

Connect farmers with the community for mutual benefits by giving access to fresh, locally grown food at a lower cost, creating a system that supports farmers and the community.

4.
